Breasts still growing bigger, should I keep them braless & continue to grow?

I do not recommend going braless as the breasts will droop even more causing neck, back and shoulder pain. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breasts is transferred to the underlying pectoral major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

Hello @Jamie N, thank you for your question. I recommend continuing to wear a bra, especially if your breasts are still growing. This is due to the fact that breasts are subject to gravity and the heavier they become, the more they will tend to sag over time. There are two trains of thought here.
If you feel your breasts are too large causing you neck or back pain, then consider a breast reduction.

If happy with the size and you have no pain, then either get better fitting or custom bras or go bra-less. Your breasts are already low and the nipples point downward, so there will be little change over time going without support.

hi, ıf you are grown up periods that is normal. So the breasts grow until 19-21. Even though that can be change person to person it's normal. When your grown is stop you will go to breast reduction surgery.

No, go get a breast reduction so you can be more comfortable with your neck and shoulder and be able to fit into clothing better. Insurance may cover your reduction. Start with your medical doctor first for a referral.
