Will Liposuction help the shape of my knees and and legs?

Question

I have fatty tissue above me knees and I do not like the appearance or shape of them. My knees are not straight and I was wondering if liposuction could help the appearance of that. I also do not like the angle of my legs and wanted to know if they could look straighter with liposuction.

Physical examination would be necessary but it looks as though there might be some benefit in suctioning around the knees as well as down the medial calves. Overall though the legs are shapely

Without examining you it is difficult to be certain but pretty much anywhere there is stubborn fat, liposuction can be used to remove it. I am not sure about straightening the appearance of your legs with liposuction, you would probably require an in-person exam to determine that. Localized fatty deposits can be remived and shaped with liposuction, particularly around the knees. The underlying foundation of the legs, the bones and joints will not and cannot be altered with liposuction.

Liposuction of the knees will help remove fatty deposits.  It will not reshape  the underlying bony architecture and the skin will not likely change.
