Tank you for your  question. Liposuction of  your neck and lower face will help  you very much but if you have your lower  face and neck evn you are very young it will give you a more permanent and overall better result.

I see and hear your concern.  In that area of the body, nonsurgical options will not provide a great value for you.  You could absolutely consider a facelift/necklift procedure.  However your young age would indicate that you still have fairly good skin elasticity.  For this reason, I think it would provide the most value to start with submental liposuction with a chin implant.  It may be worthwhile to schedule a consult with a Facial Plastic Surgeon to discuss your concerns and get an in-person exam.  Best of luck!

Thank you for your question!  Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction of the submental neck.  You appear to have great skin quality.  By removing the excess fat from the area, your skin will naturally re-drape itself, resulting in a beautiful contour of your neck/chin area.  This procedure can be performed through oral sedation and a local anesthetic or under general anesthesia.  Your surgeon will help you determine which option is best for you.

Liposuction of the jawline and neck can make such a big improvement and is so easy to undergo. I doubt that you will need a chin implant after the lipo but it is possible.

Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. Thank you for your question.  We all carry out fat distribution in different areas genetically and some people have a neck fullness that is out of proportion to the rest of their face.  Sub-mental liposuction can be effective in improving the contour of the neck area.  Some of the fat can also be recycled into the chin to improve the projection and balance of that area.  It is best to get an opinion from a reputable and board certified plastic surgeon in your area as I think there are some good options available to you.

photograph, you may benefit from a chin implant with neck liposuction performed at the same time for
improved jaw line contour.  I always use a medpor implant with screw
fixation, which stays in place over time.  A silicone chin implant has a
high rate of malrotation over time.  Make
sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients
who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer
animation system. The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative and gets better results when combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting.
