Starting to see the very initial stages of sagging jowles and would like to be proactive before it gets worse. I just started using the Quasar Md and derma roller once a month. Not Sure if that would help . I do also use medical grade skincare i.e. Retin a, vit c, .neocutis serum. Thanks!!
Answer: Are there any at home ultrasound machines as an alternative to Ultherapy?!? Thanks Not any that I would recommend. Ultherapy technology is not going to be available in a strength to produce a noticeable result from a home unit.

Answer: No home use alternatives to Ultherapy Ultherapy is a specific type of microfocused ultrasound that is very different than devices that can be used without medical supervision. For that reason it requires specific techniques and training for safe and effective use. Ultherapy is the only FDA-approved ultrasound technology proven to lift skin noninvasively.

Answer: Ultherapy is unique Sounds like you are being proactive in your skin care early on and this will definitely help in the long run. There are most definitely no at home machines that will replicate or even get close the technology of Ultherapy. However, if you are just at the beginning phases of skin laxity, you would be considered mild laxity, and therefore would likely only need an Ultherapy treatment every 2-3 years. This is worth saving and planning for, and would have you on a great long term treatment plan to keep your skin in great condition. Keep doing you topicals at home and maybe consider a resurfacing type laser every few years, as well. Feel free to call us with any questions. Best,Dr. Grant Stevens

Answer: #Ultherapy #SkinTightening in Williamsville, NY - #Williamsville #UltherapyExpert Thank you for your question. I have seen some Chinese companies pitch similar products on ebay and AliBaba.com but none are physician grade and none are focused ultrasound devices. They are likely to penetrate tissue without focused technology and as such may cause fat destruction, which will translate to volume loss .... This will result in harm necessitating you to spend thousands of dollars to correct the volume loss with collagen fillers, fat transfer, etc.I have additional certifications in ultrasound (RVT, ROVI and RPhS) and I will highly encourage you to stay away from home ultrasound devices as they may do more damage than good. You can read my ebook about Ultherapy provided on the link below.Best Dr. Karamanoukian
