Can Ultherapy cause smaller eyes and detrimental fat loss in a 25 year old?

Hi I'm 25 years old and had blepharoplasty early in the year. Still wanted a larger eye and so did some Botox but still wasn't pleased. Dr suggested ultherapy for greater eyebrow lift which will enlarge eyes. I've been reading reviews about how ultherapy has ruined people's faces and actually made their eyes smaller! And they mentioned detrimental fat loss which will be bad in the long run as you age I'm confused & worried so if anyone can clearly explain it I should or shouldn't do it. Thanks!

Thank you for your question. Ultherapy is not known to cause volume loss, although there are several patients on realself who claim otherwise and show pictures that support their claims. More importantly for you, there is not much volume (fat) over the eyebrows where Ultherapy done for an eyebrow lift would cause this to happen, especially in a slim person like you. In a word, NO! That URBAN MYTH was likely started by the competing device manufacturers who are making lousy machines that do not work. Ultherapy is an extremely safe treatment that carries little to
no real risk when the treatment is performed by an experienced professional. Ultherapy is, without question, the best collagen-inducing
device for facial rejuvenation. RF devices, such as ThermiRF, only heat the
tissues up to 50-55 Celsius while a minimum of 60C is necessary for new
collagen growth (Neocollagenesis). ThermiRF is, in my opinion, a very poor tool
that has limited to no use in facial aesthetics. Ultherapy has the
first, and the only, FDA approval for non-surgical lifting. We feature Ultherapy
as the basis for our Non-Surgical Face-Lifting program and we have achieved
