Hi I'm 25 years old and had blepharoplasty early in the year. Still wanted a larger eye and so did some Botox but still wasn't pleased. Dr suggested ultherapy for greater eyebrow lift which will enlarge eyes. I've been reading reviews about how ultherapy has ruined people's faces and actually made their eyes smaller! And they mentioned detrimental fat loss which will be bad in the long run as you age I'm confused & worried so if anyone can clearly explain it I should or shouldn't do it. Thanks!

Ultherapy is an excellent procedure. I would consider asking the office what procedure was done and the details of the procedure. The doubts that you have may be valid. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Hi and thank you for your question.
Ultherapy is contraindicated over metal implants in the treatment area.
However, we have been advised that teeth fillings are ok, and often teeth implants are as well.HOWEVER,
the practice you have the treatment done should discuss this with...
Based on the pictures you've posted, you have had a good result from your treatment as there is visible improvement in lower face skin sagging and wrinkling. This is exactly what we hope to achieve with Ultherapy. There is no evidence of fat loss.
