Can I have a tummy tuck with this appendix surgery scar? (Photos)

Yes!  It appears as though you could get a great result with a tummy tuck and it looks like I can totally get rid of your appendix surgery scar.  During a tummy tuck, I remove the excess abdominal skin and I tighten the muscles to get rid of scars and a lot of stretch marks as well as making the belly flatter.  The surgery can be combined with breast implants or a lift (Mommy Makeover) as you mentioned.  This is great as it saves recovery time and money.  The recovery takes 1-2 weeks depending upon the extent of the surgery.

The appendix scar will not be an issue and will be removed during a tummy tuck. You may be a candidate for Vaser ultrasound liposuction instead, which can flatten that area as well.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

photograph, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  You appendectomy scar can be completely removed.   This can be done through a low and short
incision, all completely below the bikini line. 
The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on
the exterior.   Your muscles can also be
plicated resulting in a flat abdomen. 
Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of
real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate
their results.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
