I had a tummy tuck 2 weeks ago and my stitches have come apart. My PS stated that the wound will heal itself from the inside out but looking at it it appears white and red and does not seem normal. Does this wound look like it is healing or do I need to be closed again?

Some women develop scar tethering as a result of their C-section which can be improved and corrected upon with a full tummy tuck procedure. It poses increased risk of bleeding but this is not an uncommon situation that is addressed with tummy tucks. Hope this helps.
