Your photos reveal a very nice aesthetic outcome. You have good symmetry with natural contours and volumes proportionate to your body. I personally would not recommend going any larger. "Bigger is not always better."

Replacing your implants with a larger size will temporarily achieve more upper pole fullness but won't last as the heavier implants will likely bottom out. I think you are a good size. I'd keep your implants and reinforce the breast fold by raising it about 2cm and using an internal bra mesh.

Thank you for your question and photos. First, I believe you have natural looking beautiful breasts. your surgeon did a great job. Your breasts are not too low (the lower pole base is at mid upper arm level). If your breasts are soft, I would not suggest another surgery. Yes, surgery can be done, and as you can see "improvements" are offered, but as you ask: "Is revision worth it"? Remember, additional surgery can also lead to future potential problems. And guess what? You will get more surgery offered. Try not to go down that route. Good luck.

Your breasts are relatively low on the chest wall and your nipples are slightly pointing outward. Adding large implants will not solve the problem. What you do need is inferior and lateral plication. The old inframammary incision can be used and the inferior and lateral pocket can be reinforced to push the breasts higher and more medially. At the same time, the pockets will have to be enlarged in the upward direction to allow more upper pole fullness. It may be necessary to also reposition the nipple-areola complexes more medial and possibly higher with a circumareola incision.

Thanks for posting your pictures. From observing your 3rd picture you appear to be 32 small C cup size with moderately wide cleavage and flat upper pole. To get a fuller upper pole you can have 1/2 size bigger implants, which in your case means 425 cc implants. To accommodate the larger implants you will need upper capsulotomy (scar release) and I would recommend also medial capsulotomy in order to get nicer cleavage. The widths of the implants is immaterial and what's important is the volume of the implants. I would recommend smooth , round moderate profile made by Mentor for many reasons and you can contact me for the rational of doing so.
Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of redo breasts augmentation to make sure that they are numerous, consistent, symmetrical and attractive with nice cleavage, nice upper pole and natural looking.

Actually, you implants look nice, Please do not go bigger. Naturally, your breasts sit somwhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be moved. with your small frame and tissue, larger implants will stretch and thin your tissue even more and you may bottom out.

As implants age, all implants will settle to some degree. In your photos, your nipples appear to be slightly above the equator of the implant. A simple fix for this would be one of two options. First replacing the implant with a slightly larger Gummy bear implant and number two tightening up the pocket beneath the current implant to elevate the implant.
