I feel as though my implants so too low and I don't have any upper pole fullness. Is revision worth it? (Photo)

I had breast augmentation 5 years ago witg 350cc High profile silicon implants. I feel as though they sit so low and I don’t have any upper pole fullness. I have seen a new doctor and he has suggested 450cc high profile implant revision. The difference is only 2cm width difference is this worth it? I am 5 foot 100 pounds and worry 450 may just be too big.
