I believe my implants are too large and he lowered my breast fold now I have this odd dent on the left, and the right I can see starting to form a crease. I don’t know if it’s starting to bottom out I’m devastated the doctor implants that were larger than I selected on my preop paperwork, is there a way to fix this or do I need to have a complete new surgery

Your large implants have caused the areolae to stretch. Now they could be revised and tightened and will probably not stretch again since the implants are not stretching the breasts. Please do not go larger. If needed, permanent sutures can be used to keep the areolae tightened.
Your implants are too large and heavy for your tissue and will continue to bottom out even with a revision. You need to go smaller and have the pockets tightened, possibly with mesh for support, and remove the excess skin.
I would first go to your medical doctor and be tested for allergies, including foods, personal care products, and cleaning products. Your issues may be related to something other than implants. If they turn out to be related to implants, then exchange for saline. We are all exposed to a wide...
