A little over over one year, postop implant revision and lift. My results look deformed. Is there a way to fix this? (Photo)

I believe my implants are too large and he lowered my breast fold now I have this odd dent on the left, and the right I can see starting to form a crease. I don’t know if it’s starting to bottom out I’m devastated the doctor implants that were larger than I selected on my preop paperwork, is there a way to fix this or do I need to have a complete new surgery
