My lift with 245 cc augment from 6 months ago seems wrong. What happened? Or is this normal? At 18 day check up I thought they looked saggy and Dr said to wait. At 5 weeks he said to wait full 6 months…although offered to redo them at hospital cost only if I was not happy. It’s now been 6 months and they feel so heavy. Even wearing bra 24/7 as advised. Also have pea sized lump near inscision. What happened? What are the wrinkles? Should I trust Dr to redo? Was over the muscle a bad choice? :(

Your large implants have caused the areolae to stretch. Now they could be revised and tightened and will probably not stretch again since the implants are not stretching the breasts. Please do not go larger. If needed, permanent sutures can be used to keep the areolae tightened.
Your implants are too large and heavy for your tissue and will continue to bottom out even with a revision. You need to go smaller and have the pockets tightened, possibly with mesh for support, and remove the excess skin.
