Breast lift with implants is a tricky operation and often requires revision. It looks like you had a lollipop lift. If the lower portion is too stretched out you could have it converted to an anchor lift but that would entail scars. I think you could go larger with the implants as well.

Implants placed behind the muscle do better in women who need a lift because there is additional support from the muscle and better upper breast fullness. You do have some excess skin inferiorly, especially on the one side, that can easily be trimmed in the office. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Your concerns are certainly valid and once you're healed, then you should be able to critique them. Once you decide on what issues bother you, your surgeon should be able to come up with relatively simply fixes if your implants are in good positions. You may not have to return to the OR as many of the revisions can be done in the office under local. From your 6 month photos, the simple fix would be a transverse plication above your fold and employing your existing scars if you had an anchor lift.

First off, thank you for your photographs. They show that your results are really quite good. There are some irregularities that she point out that these are not uncommon and very often will continue to improve without any intervention.

Your breasts are certainly not sagging.

Personally I feel that any further intervention would potentially damage and otherwise very nice result.

Unfortunately, implants on top of the muscle, have a high propensity to drop out or sag overtime. It is my opinion that implants placed under the muscle are far superior for longevity and superior poll fullness. That being said, a revisional surgery removing your implants from the sub-glandular space to the submuscular space plus revision lift Would most likely give you what you’re looking for.

Thanks for the question/s. And great series posted photos! But yu are not going to like my advise....You started with asymmetry of your breasts to shape and volume. The results are very acceptable from where your breasts were initially. Sometimes patients do not understand the breasts are "sisters" NOT "twins" so they will never exactly match. I think more surgery weighs the RISKS vs BENEFITS scale into the risk side for worsening your results. Good luck .
