450cc, nipple has stretched & moved to the side of breasts after donut mastopexy & implants (Photos)

You have a periareolar mastopexy augmentation. One problem with this procedure is that the areola is under a lot of tension which causes the areoles to stretch out over time. My advice would be to convert to a full scar mastopexy and downsize your implants.

The ONLY way of getting reasonable areolar size is through conversion to a formal breast lift. Go to another surgeon that has judgment and talent.

This is one of the common problems with a donut lift. It needs to be converted to either a lollipop lift or anchor lift and the implant down sized

Your implants are too big for your body and your breasts are wider than your chest wall. I recommend smaller implants and a repeat donut mastopexy. This time I would use a permanent suture so the areola does not enlarge like it did before.

Your large implants have caused the areolae to stretch. Now they could be revised and tightened and will probably not stretch again since the implants are not stretching the breasts. Please do not go larger. If needed, permanent sutures can be used to keep the areolae tightened.

To correct your problem ,I would recommend replacing your implants with smaller implants and revising the areola with permanent sutures
