Breast lift implant - bottom heavy (out), doctor won't change to smaller implant. What would I ask for? (Photos)

1st surgery he did was smaller implant & I was so bottom heavy/nip point up. (Was sp to be 700 and remove more tissue) but woke up 350. Said not BO. Did revision rem. skin from fold& did a comped implant exchange to 750 UHP. But I'm still bot. heavy&nipples point up. He's rem more skin but won't chng my implant 2 smaller bc I've already rec a comp implant& pocket will need to change. He doesn't do glaflex. He's just removing more skin/tissue to revise
