HELLO, Would I need a lipo 360+BBL or a Tummytuck+BBL for better results? Hight: 5'1 Weight: 189
Answer: Thank you for your question! We would need to go through your medical history history to be able to know more information such as if you’ve had previous pregnancies or any major weight loss or fluctuation in your weight in the last years, all that can contribute to flaccid in the abdominal skin, but by seeing the pictures that you sent, and how the skin falls, especially in the abdominal area, most likely a tummy tuck would be beneficial in order to be able to successfully remove the skin and depending on the condition of the skin of the back possibly also be combined with some Liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks. However, in my professional opinion, I would recommend to first lower your BMI to a 30 or below to have the best results. This will contribute to the reduction or elimination of any intra-abdominal fat and to further better the condition of the skin is part as making the panniculus thick to give you the best possible outcome. Which if you do lose additional weight, then you will definitely need the tummy tuck!

Answer: Tummy tuck Dear Eclectic569369, generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a tummy tuck, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Tummy tuck? Liposuction will be dramatic in rejuvenating your mid-section. Your skin has no stretch marks and relatively good skin elasticity. The lower tummy will have a small area of loose skin and the upper abdominal skin may not be perfectly smooth and tight. If you want to maximize your results, then addressing abdominal skin laxity should be considered. A formal tummy tuck is not the only option though. The first question is if you have noticeable diastasis, meaning a bulge in-between your six-pack muscles when you do a sit up or plank type of action. Assuming so, the I would recommend liposuction with skin excision and umbilical transposition. This is a tummy tuck type of skin excision excluding the muscle tightening. This can be done with an oral cocktail for sedation and local tumescent anesthesia, so you never go "under". There are no drains with resumption of activity as tolerated. There is an overall lower complication rate and down time compared to a traditional tummy tuck. This is a great option for many women out there . . . An in-person exam by an experienced body plastic surgeon will help guide you in your decision. Thank you, I hope this helps..

Answer: Do you need a tummy tuck? From your photograph, it seems you would be an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck. You would likely be disappointed with only liposuction. It would probably be left with saggy excess skin of the abdomen and severe laxity of the mons pubis. A full tummy tuck combined with liposuction of your back would give you the effect of 360 liposuction plus so much more. Always look for a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in tummy tuck surgery. Do your homework and check before and after photos of different plastic surgeons. Good luck.
