Hi I’m 23 and Ineed help on which procedure will make my butt look natural a bbl or lipo ? Currently my butt sinks in at the top and I’m also worried if I get a procedure done will my butt return to how it was shaped. Also I have been working out for the past 2 years and no change in my butt.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Dear Kaemy, Please keep in mind if you want to reshape your buttocks you will need a fat transfer (BBL procedure), if you want to reduce your buttocks area you will need liposuction, as a surgeon I cannot give you a recommendation if you do not have clear what you really want. After a BBL procedure if the patient loose weight the fat also will disappear from the buttocks, same if you gain weight, your buttocks area will change as well. About your exercises, are you combining routine exercises with a balance alimentation?

A BBL primarily adds volume to the buttocks. Based on your pictures the size of your bottom, it’s not lacking, and it seems like to get more ideal, female figure Liposuction alone would probably do the trick. 
Liposuction skills very pretty dramatically among plastic surgeons. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of choosing the right provider. To find the right plastic surgeon I suggest having multiple in person consultations. During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures of the previous patients who have similar body characteristics to your own. And experience plastic surgeon should have no difficulty showing you the before and after pictures of at least 50 previous patients. Continue having consultations until you feel quite confident you found the right provider for your needs. There’s no correct number of consultations needed. A lot has to do with luck or how careful you are in selecting who you choose to have consultations with. Considering how much variation there is a Liposuction scale I suggest having at least five consultations before committing to a permanent, irreversible body contouring procedure.
Poorly done Liposuction can leave people disfigured.
