Dear Kaemy, Please keep in mind if you want to reshape your buttocks you will need a fat transfer (BBL procedure), if you want to reduce your buttocks area you will need liposuction, as a surgeon I cannot give you a recommendation if you do not have clear what you really want. After a BBL procedure if the patient loose weight the fat also will disappear from the buttocks, same if you gain weight, your buttocks area will change as well. About your exercises, are you combining routine exercises with a balance alimentation?

A BBL primarily adds volume to the buttocks. Based on your pictures the size of your bottom, it’s not lacking, and it seems like to get more ideal, female figure Liposuction alone would probably do the trick.
