I had a seroma that ruptured my breast. What are my options?

Thank you for reaching out. If you do indeed have 3500 cc implants then there are very few good options for you to retain anything near this volume. I know that there are several surgeons around the country using these incredibly overfilled saline implants and I can't condemn the practice strongly enough. In a purely physical sense, there is no breast that can support this volume for long. You will see tissue breakdown and, ultimately, extrusion of the implant. The complication rate is effectively 100%. Aesthetically, even if you like larger breasts, these are cartoonish and flattering to no one, IMHO. I would recommend that you have both your implants removed and let your breasts recover for 3 months, minimum. At that point, you can revisit the idea of implants with perhaps a more rational approach to volume that will not commit you to continued complications. I'd find another surgeon, honestly, as I question the ethics of any surgeon willing to subject a patient to this kind of treatment.

350 or 3500 cc’s? Your implants shouid be removed for at least 3 months. Also the seroma fluid should be tested for any abnormalities.

I truly hope that your implant size was not 3500 cc's for this size is insane and tissue will not support this. You will need to wait at least 6 months to let your tissue heal and make sure no seroma returns. Then, you can be examined and measured and a size can be recommended.

As stated in my response, you did not post any photos and best to do a virtual or in person consultation to get a better story of your history. Did you have 3500 cc breast implants??? Again best virtual consult with for options for remedies and other surgeries.

Your situation is complex and we need quality information in order to make an assessment.
This would include access to all your medical records, before, and after pictures and physical examination.
I suggest you rely exclusively on in person consultations and avoid virtual consultations.
For second opinion consultations come prepared to bring with you complete medical records, before and after pictures, etc.
These are all part of your medical records that you can request from your current providers office.
Some of the information in your post doesn’t make much sense like implants that are 3500 mL.Best,
