I had a seroma that ruptured my breast. What are my options?

Diligent840062
I had my 6th breast enlargement(3500cc) in 20 years last fall. The Dr found that i had a seroma. A drain was placed and the seroma still continued. Had the drain removed and my breast gained volume. Tried to have it aspirated, but they pierced the implant and i had to have it replaced. I had another drain for 70 days and it came out. A few days afterwards, a hole developed on my breast. I had the implant removed. Dr said that i will not be able to get back to this size. What are my options?
