6 months post-op - breast implants left my rib cage uneven, can this be fixed? (Photos)

breast implants are placed above the rib cage and they have no effect on bony structures in that area. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your ribs were not moved in surgery and they were not even prior. You notice them more because you have implants over the ribs. Moving ribs is a very big surgery with a very big scar and is not done unless medically necessary.

To make quality assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we need quality before and after pictures.
If you don’t have standard before, and after pictures and ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Your surgeon is also the person you should follow up with regarding your concerns.
Breast implants are not going to change the appearance of your rib cage in any meaningful way.
This is more likely related to other variables.
I don’t think you need revision surgery for this.
