6 months since operation - right breast has weird/deformed shape, why? (Photos)

My left breast looks beautiful while my right breast looks deformed from the side. I’m very confused why that is and my doctor is not helpful at all. Can someone give me a reason why?

You will need a revision surgery to allow the implant to drop into position. What that surgery entails is based on the physical examination and not photos.
