I am about 6 months after my BA and I don’t think my right breast is dropping correctly. I had 280cc implants put in and I know that I had a weird sternum. I think they call it pigeons chest but it wasn’t tooo bad. My right breast hasn’t changed since about week 10 ish and I’m concerned. Not sure what I should do or could do? I feel like before they dropped they looked pretty similar then my right breast had a flat incision it rounded out but that’s it. No more dropping once it rounded out.

I think that is a relatively adequate and stable result given the pectus deformity. I would highly consider not having any attempt at revisionary surgery.
