Breast not dropping - what could I do about this?

You will need a revision surgery to allow the implant to drop into position. What that surgery entails is based on the physical examination and not photos.

In your before photograph, your breasts were widely separated. It would have been better if you would have had a circumareola approach to move the nipple-areola complex more medially, higher on the chest wall and place the implants at the same time. At this time, your breasts are falling down and out and pointing too far laterally. You need to be evaluated in person and cannot be diagnosed from your photographs alone.

Sorry to hear about your disappointment. Posting the preop photos help a lot. Judging by the preop photos you have some asymmetry between the two breasts. As you mentioned you do have a pigeon chest which prevents the implants from coming close together in the middle (cleavage). Your larger (left breast) has a fold that is lower than the right side but a nipple/areola that is higher. Therefore the implant with sit slightly lower on that side.
From the photos, it appears that you have a nice result given the slight asymmetry that you started with. Hope that helps.

Go back to your surgeon and try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments to try and soften the pocket. Otherwise, you will need surgery to release the pocket.

There is a subset of the population of patients that don't want to believe that their breast augmentation result is good. You're result is good. There are some asymmetries, but they were present before hand, and mostly a consequence of your mild pectus carinatum. Continue your follow up with your surgeon for monitoring of your results going forward and for breast implant surveillance. Good luck!
