My question is my breast surgeon put 68 HP saline 400cc Natrelle Implants in me, when i went to him , I was 38DD already I wanted to go smaller, But my surgeon put Left Breast 420 cc Right Breast 490cc ? The scarring is bad and just May 5,2022 I had Breast MRI that found a 7mm mass ! My breast surgeon will not return my calls
Answer: Implants Please have the lump evaluated first. Your implants are too large and heavy for your frame and tissue, and you would do much better going down in size and probably lifting again. You may just need a lift and no implants. Your pockets could be tightened to help minimize too much lateral movement of a smaller implant.

Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method If you were already a 38 DD then the last thing you needed was implants. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. The mass can be removed at the same time. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast concerns I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having since your surgery. Certainly follow up with your primary care doctor or ordering physician about the mass that was found on your MRI. You can elect to exchange the implants at any time. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Breast revision Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for a procedure I developed termed "Reductive Augmentation" in which we perform implant exchange to an ultra high-profile silicone implant, lateral and inferior capsulorrhaphy-internal bra, and revision mastopexy with removal of inferior pole breast tissue. I published in 2017 you can view it on my website under publications. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Polite712738, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
