4 breast augmentations and I want revision. Should I go with 800cc?

Without photos and a proper examination, it would be difficult to say if an 800cc implant would give you your desired results. I would recommend meeting with your plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and for further evaluation.

No! No! No! Don't try to cram 800 cc's into your breasts for you will ruin your breast by stretching your already stretched tissues even more and sag with the weight. Plus this will be too much weight on your neck and shoulders. At 650 cc's, you are definitely not a medium. Look back at your before photos and get a better perspective of what you actually have.
