I cant decide if i should go extra high prophile or high. The projection on the high is the same as my current size. Im 11.1 340cc saline and going to either 12.5 495cc extra high or 13. 485cc high. Will the full profile appear to have more projection then my current implants due to over all volume being greater and having silicone instead of saline or do i need to go the extra full? Also would the I need highly cohesive for more projected or would solf touch be ok? I want to be bigger and fuller Help! My phones and wish photos
Answer: Mini lift Attempting to change the projection and shape of your breasts will be unsuccessful. Your nipple-areola complex is pointing outward and your breasts are low on the chest wall. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Large implants You must acknowledge the ultra high profile implants have a very high risk of flipping over just because of the narrow base. The larger the implant the heavier and it will cause overstretching on your tissues so they willl sag faster, areolas will become wider and the extra weight to your bones. If you are convinced on the larger implant remain with the larger high profile no extra projection. Dr. Cárdenas

Answer: Implant type Dear amj1104, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Implants I would suggest keeping what you have for it fits your frame fairly well. If you go larger, you will notice more weight on your neck and shoulders and stretch your own tissue more which will sag over time. The last photo is way too large for that women.
