Hello, i have an upcoming reduction surgery and im trying to gauge what size i will end up. 5 ft short, 150 lbs, 36G. Plan is to remove 600 grams from each breast. I want to aim for a B/C but they told me it will most likely be C/D. D scares me and trying to see the likelihood of ending up a C cup. Dense breast tissue that slightly deflated after 60+lbs weight loss. No cup size difference when lost weight, just band size. Thank you so much for your input
Answer: Surgery You did not post photos, but enough breast tissue must be left behind to keep the nipples alive. It is best to leave more tissue than to remove too much. For most women, B cups reduction is not safe for the nipples and many large breasted women really have no idea how small a B actually is. It is best to go down to a size that is safe to your nipples and still looks good for your height and frame. For most women, this is C-D cup sizes. Trust your surgeon to help guide you to a beautiful new size.

Answer: Breast size after reduction Unfortunately, that question is very difficult to answer without a physical exam to assess skin quality, breast tissue density, and breast volume distribution. Going from a G to a C/D cup is safer than attempting to achieve a B/C cup with respect to nipple sensation and viability due to the lowered risk of injury to critical nerves and blood supply.

Answer: Breast reduction This question is best answered by your surgeon who has had the opportunity to examine you. During a breast reduction the surgeon must balance removing breast tissue while still maintaining adequate blood supply so that the remaining tissue stays healthy. Shape is also important. I've included a video on breast reductions that I hope you find helpful
