How much would the minimum cost be to take me from B cup to double A?

I am 5 foot 4. i plan to have surgery after I can reach my goal weight of 123. I had a breast reduction at the age of 15. I only went from a c to a b and my surgeon didn’t even ask my personal desire, he just comes back while I was being prepared and asks how does a b cup sound. I asked for an a and he goes, we need to leave some tissue in there for blood flow. I am now aware that their needs to be enough blood flow coming through the tissue for the nipple to survive but I learned this through research from other surgeons online websites. they say loosing 2 cup sizes is ideal, my surgeon didn’t even measure me so my question is how much would the minimum cost be for taken me b cup to double a? I don’t care if the nipple has to be removed, I don’t even want it back on as a skin graft. Thanks

It is very difficult to commnet on such a question without actual photos or in person evaluation. Although we use cup sizes as a norm to decide about shape and size patient desires, this is far from accurate; in some case it is better to leave more tissue than to take too much. Further reduction would depend of how much skin and tissue needs to be removed and how much time is needed. Surgery is done in general anesthesia. In our community price range is $6000-10,000. Since this is not being done for medically reasons, but for cosmetic, call the clinics near you and ask for the price of a breast reduction. It sounds like you are more interested in a simple mastectomy.

You can get quotes as low as $5,000 and as high as $25,000 but the surgeons and even countries will be wildly different. Going from a B cup to a AA cup is not much difference. In addition to blood flow concerns there has to be enough tissue to create a breast shape.  I encourage you to visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons near you to discuss your goals.  Prices vary by surgeon.

while I understand the desire for smaller breasts, it sounds a bit 'aggressive' accepting a cosmetic surgery leaving you without nipple/areolas?
I feel it is possible to perform a 'nipple sparing' mastectomy which would leave you with minimal breast tissue left.
Is there an underlying reason why you desire such small breasts?
