I am 5 foot 4. i plan to have surgery after I can reach my goal weight of 123. I had a breast reduction at the age of 15. I only went from a c to a b and my surgeon didn’t even ask my personal desire, he just comes back while I was being prepared and asks how does a b cup sound. I asked for an a and he goes, we need to leave some tissue in there for blood flow. I am now aware that their needs to be enough blood flow coming through the tissue for the nipple to survive but I learned this through research from other surgeons online websites. they say loosing 2 cup sizes is ideal, my surgeon didn’t even measure me so my question is how much would the minimum cost be for taken me b cup to double a? I don’t care if the nipple has to be removed, I don’t even want it back on as a skin graft. Thanks

Thanks for your question! You are still very early in the post-op period. Things will likely begin to even out as they settle and heal. Please be patient and chat with your plastic surgeon about any concerns. Good luck!
Removing 500 grams of tissue should drop you down 2 cups and perhaps a little more. Each cup is roughly 150-200 cc's of tissue, depending upon your chest size.
