What can I do to correct the appearance of puckering underneath and above the nipple? (photos)

I had my breas reduction performed in July 2022. The procedure went well, although i had a post-op infection after approximately a week. My lft breast breast is puckered underneath and above the nipple. I just want to know my possible options if any. Thank you in advance.

You would benefit from a breast lift revision to the left breast. The right breast also has some mild puckering that could be improved. I recommend meeting with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

It appears from your photos that your concerns are from the tethering of the scar.  A scar revision can be performed  and it should address the shape.  See your surgeon to learn more.

Both areas can be revised to remove excess tissue and fat grafting can be added later if needed. The first could be done in the office under local anesthesia if you want. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
