Also, same question for tummy tuck? I would like to know how long on average drains would be placed for implant removal/lift. I know everyone is different but would like to know average.

Answer: What is the average timeframe for a patient to have drains after implant removal/lift
This is a very interesting set of questions as I personally have never been asked these before. I believe that is reasonable to have the other breast implant deflated by needle puncture. Also I believe it is safe to breastfeed the baby with the deflated shells in place.
I'm sorry to hear about your flex deformity. It can be surgically corrected but is not covered by insurance. If you are interested in addressing it see a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.
The base of your breast show hold its position since the implant helped widen that area. You will loose about a cup of volume and may have some loose skin. You probably won't return to your tubular shape.
