I am 25 yrs old and I've had my implants for a year but I want them out now. I have slightly tubular breasts (a bit cone-shaped) which was the reason why I did this and since I didn't have much lower pole. How are my chances to get back to my previous look? How will my tissue settle since I have the implant above the muscle? Will the lower pole sink in or is it possible that my shape will be better than before surgery?
Answer: Removal The base of your breast show hold its position since the implant helped widen that area. You will loose about a cup of volume and may have some loose skin. You probably won't return to your tubular shape.

Answer: Implant removal after a year, 165 cc above muscle The smaller the implant and the less the amount of time it has been since placement, the greater the chance the breasts will return to their preoperative state. It is very difficult to predict breast size following explant b/c breast implants and weight fluctuations over time tend to thin tissues, cause a decrease in size, and create more droop.

Answer: Implant removal As you have had your implants in for a short time and they are conservatively sized your breasts will likely return to a look similar to what you had prior to surgery. There may be some stretching of the skin, but it probably will be minimal.

Answer: Explant and Mini lift with fat transfer Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs or told us your bra size. However, 165 cc implants are relatively small but if you have very little breast tissue is can be significant. The technique I recommend is explantation and mini lift. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers can be performed. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implant removal Dear Awesome7637, since you had tuberous breasts, there is a chance that you will have similar shape once you remove implants. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
