According to the picture shown, you will need a full rhinoplasty, not just tip rhinoplasty to bring down the high bridge in more balance with a new tip. The cost of a tip plasty is approximately $3,000.00 and the cost of a rhinoplasty is approximately $6,000.00, which includes the operating room, anesthesia, and the surgeon’s fee.

This is a difficult question to answer as there is a wide-range in pricing depending on the surgeon's individual pricing, the geographic area in which you have the surgery, the pricing of anesthesia and facility fee.  In the NYC area, the average board-certified surgeon's fee for "tiplasty" is $4000-$7000 not including anesthesia and facility fee which is roughly an additional $2500.  Hope this helps.
