From the photo, it appears you need more than tip reshaping. It looks like you have a hump and this will affect what is done to the rest of the nose. See an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon and it will be cheaper in the long run. 

This is a difficult question to answer as there is a wide-range in pricing depending on the surgeon's individual pricing, the geographic area in which you have the surgery, the pricing of anesthesia and facility fee.  In the NYC area, the average board-certified surgeon's fee for "tiplasty" is $4000-$7000 not including anesthesia and facility fee which is roughly an additional $2500.  Hope this helps.
