Can Restylane migrate and cause sinus issues, headache, eye ache on one side and a feeling of pressure in the back of head?

These symptoms sound pretty serious. If your injection was done in the last 24 to 48 hours, I suggest you contact your injector for an evaluation. Thank you for your question. In my experience, Restylane does not migrate and cause such symptoms. However unless your symptoms are appearing right after injection, I believe this may be due to other causes. I recommend having an evaluation with your treating physician. Best of Luck!
