Hi. Mini Tummy Tuck (MTT) is suitable for patients with minimal excess skin below the umbilicus. In most instances after pregnancy there is significant skin excess which will require a standard abdominoplasty to be removed. Please note in a MTT if the Umbilicus is floated it results in a very low position which is often not aesthetic.

A full tummy tuck may be more suitable for you, since you appear to have some issues above your belly button as well as below.

I consider surgery plans should be made based on how to achieve great abd the best results for each person and the other external factors should be adapted to the plan.

If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.

Thank you for the question regarding full vs mini tummy tuck. In my opinion, you are a great candidate for a full tummy tuck. The full tummy tuck would also fix any diastasis recti that you may have. To be sure, see two or more experienced, board-certified plastic surgeons in your area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have a tummy tuck. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

An in person evaluation is always best, but from your photos it appears you would be a good candidate for a standard tummy tuck. This would remove excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity that is common after pregnancy. The result would be a flatter, tighter tummy.

As far as I can see in your pictures I would say that you are a good candidate for a full tummy tuck , since tihgtening of your abdominal muscle is neede over your navel. You can see the separation (diastasis) of these muscles way over the belly button.
It can be enhanced with a Liposculpture and a Brazillian Butt Lift at the same time if wished.
