Your laparoscopic procedure should not affect the abdominoplasty.

I encourage you to consider your health first and foremost regardless of the aesthetic impact of the laparoscopic surgery. During your salpingectomy you will likely have small incisions made on the abdomen representing the access for the scopes used for your procedure. These typically heal well. Follow your surgeon's post op instructions and apply scar creams as advised for favorable healing. The overall result of your tummy tuck should not be impacted.

The results settle after the end of the first year. So I will recommend you to wait till then. Then you can have a laparoscopic tube removal.

You should be fine with your second surgery. It will not affect the tummy tuck and the risk of the hernia recurring is small.

Oh well done tummy tuck at almost one year out should hold up to a laparoscopic procedure without consequence.
The GYN surgeon will most definitely make the major incision through your belly button and in so doing can easily cut sutures used for muscle tightening. Summer surgeons do interrupted single sutures for muscle tightening but most surgeons do a continuous running suture with knots at either end. If the muscle tightening was done with a single running suture that is cut or breaks early after the procedure the muscle tightening will loosen.
Long-term the scar tissue created from healing after the procedure tends to hold the tissues in place and the strength of the suture material becomes less needed.
At eight months discard insure internally is mature and is unlikely to change much by waiting longer.
It’s certainly possible that damaging a running suture could potentially weaken the muscle tightening but my best guess is that this would not happen at eight months.
If your surgeon did interrupted sutures then it should be a non-issue.
I would not worry about the compromise of your tummy tuck and move forward with appropriate GYN procedure if clearly indicated.
