Is it possible to just raise the nipples without a breast lift?

Great question!  Unfortuatnely there is no way to raise the nipple without doing some type of lift - with that said there are many types of lift, some of which create minimal scarring.  The simplest is a crescent lift which can bring the nipple up about 2-3cm and creates about a 5cm scar, but it could also be as complex as an achor type scar.  However, only with a physical examination can the type of lift be determined.Best of luck and hope this information helps!

You need a formal evaluation by a licensed plastic surgeon and expert in breast lifts, revisions and augmentations to determine what is best for you and your goals.Breast lift surgery can improve a woman's breast shape by repositioning the breast mound at a higher position on the chest and then centering the nipple and areola on the breast itself. Hello. Great question. Some skin excision needs to be performed  in order raise the position of your nipples. A personal examination is needed to provide the extent of skin excision needed. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results.

Without photos it is very difficult to determine the best option for your breasts.  In general, most women with low set nipples do best with a full breast lift.  There may be a possibility of removing a small section of skin above the areola which would lift the nipple only, but you would need to be evaluated in person to determine if this is an appropriate option for you.  I recommend you schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon for more information.

You can raise the nipples by using eccentric circular excision that excises the surrounding tissue but this will only give a small lift.  Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs but it may be possible depending on the degree of elevation required.  Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

HiThe short answer to you question is yes - you can have a minimal scar "nipple lift" likely with a peri-areolar technique. The reality though is that the category of breast which needs a nipple lift will virtually always benefit from lifting the whole breast and tightening the lower pole - this requires more scarring but there are various minimal scar techniques which may be applicable.  It is best to have a consultation to discuss.CheersDamien
