21 yo white male, 74kgs, I work out. Eat healthy. since about 13 years of age I will sometimes randomly sweat on the upper part of my bum crack, sometimes cheeks too. I can 100% tell its just sweat. As far as I can tell its not related to stress or what I eat or drink. A few times I've stripped off to jump into the shower and my crack is literally dripping with sweat. Ive had a blood test. Thyroids fine. I've tried talcum powder, Neat 3B Action Cream and Driclor none have helped at all.
