I saw dr fakhro in his office after finding him on Google. His office staff were exceptional. He saw me the next day. I had a complicated problem and many doctors were giving me different opinions. When i first met him, he began by asking me what bothered me and i showed him some photos of what i used to look like. I then showed him some post op photos and he began to draw and explain the changes that i have seen. he was very clear and thorough with his explanation, i basically had NO questions for him at the end and felt embarassed. I am scheduling myself for surgery soon, and using the downtime we have now to recover. I highly recommend him, i will circle back and write a review of my experience when i am done.
He really has an amazing eye for detail! He truly enhanced my beauty with Botox and fillers. No more fine lines!! He has a very light hand, I felt no pain. Great first time experience with injectors, I definitely will be back!
I have been wanting to get lip injections for a long time but have always been so scared. I finally got the courage to do it & so glad I did! Dr. Fakhro was very patient with me the entire time! I am happy to say that I will be going back to him, my lips look amazing! Thank you Dr. Fakhro!!
Dr Fakhro was exceptionally pleasant, he was informative and empathic throughout his encounter with me. I was referred to him from another surgeon and he went above and beyond with his explanation, even going further as to draw pictures and diagrams to help me and my family better understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reassuring, kind and caring plastic surgeon.
Hi, judging by your pictures, you are a good candidate for a non surgical rhinoplasty. See your local plastic surgeon and have him or her show you where the fillers can go to help augment your profile, it will help camouflage the tip. Unfortunately, fixing the tip would need some tip work and surgery but you will surprise yourself how things can look after the injections are done. Hope this helps
Hi, thank you for your question it is hard to tell much from one photo, a lot of factors contribute to the nasal flare. Smile muscles can cause the nostrils to flare, even after some of the surgeries you might be interested in reading more about such as alar base reduction.Flared nostrils surgery corrects nostril flaring for static facial expressions. If the flared nose is due to nasal tip cartilage, a tip rhinoplasty can be done. Seek a trained plastic surgeon in your area for better advice. Hope this helps
I am really sorry to hear about what happened, this is a matter that comes up regularly and is not that uncommon. the problem is in how the product is marketed not just by the company but also by your injector it is important that the word used is clear, for instance i never tell a patient the products lasts 6 months, that is simply misinformation, the manufacturer encourages the word "Up To" to present that the product may last that long but not entirely and certainly not definitely. I have never heard of anyone charging a fee to bank botox. It is simply not advisable. I would suggest you find a new injector, not because they misinformed you but patients that are content with their doctors and injectors get better results. Hope this helps.
Hey, Your photos look good, i would wait a bit longer. You still have an option of going back in for a touch up. Remember, swelling is worst in the first few days so sit upright when you can, minimize touching or moving the filler, and use a cold pack to help minimize the swelling. keep up updated with more pics in the future, hope this helps
Hey there, I agree with the other contributors to your enquiry. Injecting soft tissue fillers into a small tight region puts the small blood vessels in jeopardy sometimes. This can lead to areas that don't get enough blood supply which then subjects it to ischemia and pressure necrosis from the filler which is occupying a lot of space, pulling a lot of water and leading to changes in the skin ie redness, loss of skin etc. The filler may have to be dissolved using an enzyme, it is another completely different injection, this will help remove some of the filler which lessens the amount of product in the area, and the water it has pulled and thereby allow some of the blood to get to that area that is essentially starved for nutrients and oxygen with the decreased blood supply. Another possibility is that you have a soft tissue infection, which means that some of the bacteria may have infiltrated the injection site and are not causing a localized infection, your injector can determine whats best to do you once you visit. Please update us with your condition, hope some of these answers help.
