You should not exceed 100 units. You should not need that much. Fillers in the nose can work great and if not they are reversible.
It's known from the Cerebral Palsy literature that 300units can be safely given in a child at one time. This is the limit I follow per 6mo period. This would typically be for patients who need masseter and calf slimming, along with some facial injections.
Hi Kayko. We usually don't do more than 300 units of Dysport (100 units of Botox) in any appointment, not so much because we couldn't or wouldn't but because most patients do not want to spend more than that in one appointment. Much, much higher doses are used safely when Botox is used for medical rather than cosmetic concerns so there should be no issues with your treatment plan. Best of luck.
Thank you for your question! I believe this is up to your physician to decide upon consultation. They can best decide how much filler is best for you.
Yes, you can do multiple areas at once. The amount of Botox needed will vary. Keep in mind, it will take 1-2 weeks for final results with Botox and fillers. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Thank you for your question. Yes, it is safe to have Botox in the forehead, temples and masseter muscles in one appointment. However, there is a limit of no more than 100 units of Botox in one appointment. I recommend having a consultation with an expert injector to determine the best treatment plan for you. Best of Luck!
A safe and general rule to follow is less than 100 units of Botox per session. On the manufacturer's website, they recommend not to exceed a a total dose of 400 units over a 3 month interval. Botox and fillers can be used simultaneously and fillers do not change the maximum dose of Botox that can be used. As always, seek proper consultation before treatment and best of luck!
It is possible to have Botox to the forehead, temple, and masseters as well as fillers. Much higher doses of Botox are routinely used for sweating of the armpits and other areas so the amount of the face is definitely safe. Fillers in the nose will not interfere with Botox and vice versa. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MDBoard-Certified Plastic SurgeonIG: @drjohnsonlee
Thanks for your message. Having Botox in all the above areas and filler treatments in one sitting is completely safe and typical of our patients. The amount of Botox needed for each area will vary based on the size and bulk of the muscle and also the result you are looking for. As long as you see a provider with a good amount of experience you should not have any troubles. We routinely treat all these areas in one appointment in our office. Good luck with your treatment!
Yes, your dosing should be well within the normal for a safe Botox or Dysport treatment. I commonly treat upper face lines and masseters in the same treatment session.
Hello, thank you for your question and sharing your picture. BOTOX can typically yield excellent results when it comes to temporarily relaxing and smoothing away forehead lines like those shown in your photo. For acne scars, dermal fillers are often an effective solution, although you might also...
Bone (mandible), muscle (masseter), and soft tissue (parotid gland and fat) can all contribute to lower facial width and a square-shaped appearance to the face, and it is difficult to determine the contribution of each based on photos alone. A proper consultation is...
Im unsure as to the point of this question. Are you checking up on the injector who did your botox or are you thinking of mixing your own. The question as stated doesn't make sense -- 1.5cc of saline mixed with 50u of botox pulled into a 5cc syringe means that all 1.5 cc with the 50 u is now i...
