I mean removing them completely and donating them? I don't want them and I would prefer (if possible)t o give them both to someone who needs them more than I do.

Answer: Is it possible to donate both breast fully? Thank you for your question. Though removal of both breasts is performed, most commonly as a treatment for breast cancer, it unfortunately is not possible to donate the tissue to another patient. The recipient's body would view the tissue as being "foreign" and would attack it much like it would attack an infection.
