Neither your breasts (which could not be transplanted without extensive surgery and immunosuppression) nor breast implants (which are single use devices) can be donated to another person.
I appreciate your question. No it is not possible to donate breast implants. They are for single patient use and cannot be re-sterilized.The best way to assess and givetrue advice would be an in-person exam. Please see a board-certifiedplastic surgeon that specializes in aesthetic and restorative breast surgery.Best of luck!Dr. Schwartz
I'm not sure where you came up with this idea but there is no entity that accepts breast tissue for donation.
Thank you for your question. Though removal of both breasts is performed, most commonly as a treatment for breast cancer, it unfortunately is not possible to donate the tissue to another patient. The recipient's body would view the tissue as being "foreign" and would attack it much like it would attack an infection.
Thank you for your inquiry.Breast implants cannot be removed from one woman and inserted into another woman. However the implants can be used in the doctor's office to educate women about implants.
Thanks for posting your question. I am happy to tryand help you. The answer is no, after breast implant removal they can not be used by another person.Best wishes,Dr. Michael J. Brown Northern Virginia Breast Augmentation

Donating your breasts is simply not possible in 2015. Reattaching the entire breast with adequate blood supply and the compatibility issues from donor to recipient without rejection are major hurdles.
You cannot donate your breast implants as they are single use and not to be resterilized for another patient. See your surgeon if you want them removed.

It sounds like you are feeling the localized body reaction to deeper sutures beneath the skin. This is a common thing and resolves as healing progresses.
