Is it dangerous to have 1ml lip fillers if I am a recovering bulimic?

Hi! I've had bulimia the past decade but have been trying my hardest to completely give it up. I've always wanted my lips fixed. Am I able to get lip fillers if I have occasional slip ups? Or is it a dangerous idea, will it cause damage to my lips? Thank you!

Sorry to hear of your previous negative experience. While an allergic reaction following hyaluronic acid fillers is possible, it is rare. Unless you have previously been diagnosed with rosacea and/or present other symptoms, the redness following your filler injections is most likely not caused...
