Is it dangerous to have 1ml lip fillers if I am a recovering bulimic?

Hi! I've had bulimia the past decade but have been trying my hardest to completely give it up. I've always wanted my lips fixed. Am I able to get lip fillers if I have occasional slip ups? Or is it a dangerous idea, will it cause damage to my lips? Thank you!

While I'd like to take a closer look at the red spot with a dermatoscope, it looks like a small blood vessel growth that would be easily destroyed with some light cautery to burn the vessels. Hope this helps!
