Is there anything I can do to get rid of this red dot on my lip from lip filler? (Photos)

Question

I had 0.5 lip filler in my lips over 2 years ago and I have 3 small dots from where the needles were injected in my lips which have never disappeared. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these? The most prominent red dot is slightly risen, there is no discomfort from it.

While I'd like to take a closer look at the red spot with a dermatoscope, it looks like a small blood vessel growth that would be easily destroyed with some light cautery to burn the vessels. Hope this helps!

Hi,Although it is hard to tell without an in person exam, those dots may be a small collection of blood vessels. There are various lasers that will eliminate them with no downtime. Best,

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Based on your pictures alone it appears that these dots could be treated with an electrocautery device in your surgeons office.  Hope this helps.

Has it become worse or better over the years?
I would like to examine closely with a Dermatoscope however I feel we can eliminate this red dot using ND YAG laser.
