Is there anything I can do to get rid of this red dot on my lip from lip filler? (Photos)

Question

I had 0.5 lip filler in my lips over 2 years ago and I have 3 small dots from where the needles were injected in my lips which have never disappeared. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these? The most prominent red dot is slightly risen, there is no discomfort from it.

While I'd like to take a closer look at the red spot with a dermatoscope, it looks like a small blood vessel growth that would be easily destroyed with some light cautery to burn the vessels. Hope this helps!

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Based on your pictures alone it appears that these dots could be treated with an electrocautery device in your surgeons office.  Hope this helps.
