29 years old and dont have baggy eyes but the area under my eye is a little hollow so it casts a shadow that appears as a line there. Concealer covers up the purple area but the light still casts a shadow. I exercise more and do microneedling and it has improved but still not close to the results I want. Will putting a warm eye compress help get more nutrients to that area? I've been wearing sunscreen everyday since I was 18 so my skin is in great condition, it's just that area that bothers me.
