( I had natural double eyelid that I born with) I am looking for long lasting almost permanent result. So I'm thinking about fat grafting to this area instead of restylane.I would like to know what do you think about this?

Answer: Fat transfer to upper eyelid Fat is often used for volume augmentation of the upper eyelids. However, it has to be done by an experienced surgeon and it has to be done conservatively (i.e. It's better to do it over multiple sessions vs overfilling it in one session because it can be difficult to correct if it's overdone) Depending on what you need, sometimes it's combined with an upper blepharoplasty for the best results. Answer: Fat grafting or filler? Fat grafting provides a more permanent solution to the issue you are facing. However, I would suggest that you try using a filler such as restylane before you go for the permanent option just to make sure you receive the look you are going for. Fillers used in the eyelids last longer than when applied anywhere else. That said, you can still consider grafting as long as you get it done with the right surgeon and are certain about the look you want. Good luck!
