My PS says to start drinking Pineapple juice so That when I go in for my BA surgery it will help to alleviate bruising & swelling in my chest area after my surgery. I want to know if that’s true? Can I drink a sugar-free juice? Is it better to actually eat the pineapple fruit itself? Can I take it in a grounded up capsule form? What is recommended to help w/bruising & swelling after surgery?
