On July 19th of this year I had a BAM and it was the best thing I could have done for myself I'm 33 5"2 105 I wore a 32 a which I didn't even fill up at all I chose to get the biggest that my body could hold which was 475cc hp under muscle insiscion under breast crease I don't know what size I am still waiting to get fitted no bras at all right now and they look amazing and feel great too
