What natural things can I do for my breasts and are they tubular?

I started puberty 5-6 years ago. My breasts have filled out and are big but it seems as if my breast tissue migrates to my nipples. My boobs look a lot more shapely when they are cold/aroused. Would the breast pumps work? Would progesterone cream/hormones help? Would taping my nipples during the days/nights help? Since bras weaken breast muscle, what exercises wouldn't increase puffiness? Im clueless if I have PCOS because I am not overweight. Would pregnancy worsen my condition or help? Help

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you do not have tubular breasts. If you feel that your areola's are fuller than you'd like, you can speak to a board certified plastic surgeon about a possible areola reduction.

It does not appear that you have tubular breasts, just puffier areola which is not uncommon.  There's not much to do about it.  I wouldn't recommend areolar reduction, because I don't think it would be worth the scar.  Sometimes this flattens out with breast augmentation, if you also wanted to be bigger.

thanks for your question and the photos. Although you don't have a tuberous shape, you do have a wide and "puffy" areola. This is a natural variant and doesn't suggest anything is wrong with your breast. While there isn't a topical medication or external device to change it, Areolar reduction can be done with surgery, but it will result in scars around the areola at a minimum. Consulting with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon might help you with your options. Best of Luck!

Sandy, You do not have tubular breasts. Overall your breasts are quite attractive, with a pretty shape and reasonable size.  Your nipples are somewhat puffy, which may be caused by herniation of breast tissue into the nipples, but not severe.  Modest correction possible with surgery only.  Save your money trying products you may see on line.  Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to help guide you, and hopefully council you to do nothing at all!

Hello and thank you for your question.   Your breasts do not appear tuberous.  Surgical breast augmentation is the most reliable way to change the shape and size of your breasts.  You are a great candidate
for a breast augmentation.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.  This entire surgery
can be performed with a small incision technique.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Dear Sandy921,Tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal inferior breast fold, and narrow base at the chest wall.

Your breasts do not appear tuberous. Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast augmentation with implants. The size of the implant will depend of what you want and what your body support; the results of this procedure are beautiful, giving you and excellent shape of the inner and outer pole of the breast. 
Before all this, of course, you need to get a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. Also please try to find a board certified plastic surgeon, remember that your safety, always, is going to be first.

Thank you for your question. Based on the picture you do not have tubular breasts. You do have some puffiness in areola area. There is no natural remedy for these. Surgery can correct to certain degree. Please consult with a board certified PS for evaluation.

Thank you for the question and pictures.  Your photographs do not demonstrate most of the features constricted with tuberous/constricted breasts.  The only feature present, possibly consistent with mild constriction, is the presence of  somewhat wide and "puffy" areola?  Regardless of the semantics, you may be a candidate for breast surgery (given your concerns) at some point.  None of the "natural" modalities you mentioned will be helpful.
Generally, some of the characteristics seen with tuberous breasts include a very narrow base, short distance from areola to inframammary fold, tight (constricted) lower pole of the breasts, relatively wide space between the breasts, "puffy" areola and some degree of ptosis (drooping).
 Again, given that your breasts' appearance is of concern to you, you may benefit from in-person  consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons to discuss your concerns, goals, and options. It will be important to learn about the pros/cons/risk/complications associated with all options discussed and time any planned surgical procedure according to your life circumstances.
