The best advice is to have your plastic surgeon and rheumatologist speak with one another about your medications. They will come up with a plan as to when and if to stop as well as when to resume the medications.
Usually most anti-clotting meds can be stopped 2weeks to 3 days prior to surgery. But this all depends on the reason for the plaquenil. Consult your rheumatologist and your ASPS surgeon for complete safety.
