I would consider your nose to be wide and bulbous. A rhinoplasty to narrow the nasal tip and decrease the lower cartilage volume would improve this area. In regardst ot he current rotation of the nose, lengthening the nose can be achieved with several different techniques. I would recommend seeking a rhinoplasty expert for the best results. A piggy type nose can be corrected. It requires an experienced plastic surgeon in rhinoplasty who is used to doing these types of surgeries. As mentioned below, it requires the use of septal extension grafts. The results can be quite dramatic.

You appear to have thin skin and a bulbous nasal tip. On profile, you have an obtuse nasolabial angle - in our experience decreasing your nasolabial angle may be a difficult endeavor. You could certainly expect to achieve tip and bridge narrowing after well-performed rhinoplasty surgery. Depending on your examination, extended spreader grafts could be considered for tip derotation. I think your concerns are common.  There are many options available to help correct some of the things you describe.  I would recommend seeking out a few Board Certified Plastic Surgeons to get their opinions.  Select a Plastic Surgeon you are comfortable with.
