Hello, I am interested in having a rhinoplasty. I have been to see a surgeon and have been advised i will only need a tip plasty. I just wanted another opinion, as i have read that sometimes when changing the tip, other parts of the nose look odd and may need changing also? I have attached pictures and would love any advice. Thanks in advance
