Implants are not an option however, I'm wanting to increase my breast size. I've two children that I nursed over 2 years each and now they look a little deflated. I'm a 32/34 B and am wanting to be at the very least a solid C. Can I achieve those results with fat grafting? I'm only wanting to use fat from my stomach, waist and back if necessary. I'm 4'11, 110lbs, 30 y/o if that matters. Thanks.

Answer: Breast fat transfer A fat transfer to your breasts is an alternative to undergoing a traditional breast augmentation with implants. Generally, the procedure can increase your cup size some if you have enough donor fat to harvest from other areas of your body. I have had excellent results with purified fat transfer to the breast but managing expectations with the patient is key. I recommend an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to address a cosmetic treatment plan that best suits your needs.
