Why do my 800cc implants look so small? (Photo)

I am 4 weeks post OP...I was a 36B before I got 800cc saline high profile implants... I am so disappointed in the size... I told my doctor that I wanted over the top boobs.... I told him don’t worry about them looking natural I wanted a fake look! When I express they are too small he says that he filled them to 800cc and insists they are huge...but to me they are not! If I got a revision can they overfill 800cc in the U.S. if so how much can they fill?

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment.Some general thoughts regarding overfilling saline breast implants may be helpful to you: 
Saline breast implants are usually filled within a range provided by the breast implant manufacturer. Utilizing saline volumes in the UPPER range of the manufacturer's recommendations helps cut down on concerns such as breast implant rippling. Sometimes, patients who are looking for a certain "round, fake look" benefit from the use of overfilled saline implants.  This involves filling the saline implants past the range provided by the manufacturer.  I have found, through significant experience, that for the appropriately selected patient,  very nice outcomes can be achieved safely.  Of course, the use of overfilled saline breast implants does have some potential drawbacks, such as a firmer feel.

I’m sorry you feel you are too small. This can happen after augmentation surgery. 800 cc is a large size, but you need larger.
Fortunately, the same saline implants can be used. This keeps expenses down. If you decide to go larger, don’t make the mistake of just adding 100-200 cc. I think you will still be unhappy.
If you want to increase the size, I recommend at least 50%. This would take you to 1200cc. It sounds large, but will probably do the trick for you.
Big implants do have risks that must be reviewed with your doctor.
