How comparable is the Mentor Memory Gel Xtra HPX to the Naturelle Inspira SCX? (Photos)

Implants can be so confusing with all of the variables. It is pretty easy to look up the base width and projection data, but the degree of gumminess or cohesiveness can be hard to find. Here is the order of most cohesive to least cohesive breast implants. In the () are the values provided by a test commonly used to test this implant characteristic. That's an excellent question with a complicated answer. The Mentor extra implant, in any of its configurations, has a higher silicone gel volume ratio than the Allergan Natrelle series. When placed on a flat surface it does not collpase at all. The softness of the gel in the Mentor is closer, in my opinion to the feel of the responsive gel, which is the R  in the middle of the designation SRM or SRF for the Allergan implants. The S or soft touch is a little stiffer and the C or cohesive is the stiffest. When in the breast, there is not much difference in look between the Natrelle and Mentor Extra. Both seem to hold the upper pole up quite nicely. In feel, the Mentor Extra is definitely softer than the C Allergan. The R Allergan and Mentor Extra are close with the Mentor slightly softer.
