Which internal bra is the strongest and lasts longer for long-term? Along with revision to do capsulloraphy and switch smooth implants to textured implants. SERI,Galaflex Strattice, or AlloDerm For severe lateral displacment that go far into armpits caused by poor skin elasticity from weightloss?
Answer: Internal bra, which is the strongest and lasts the longest? I have tried all the different available mesh products for use as a support during breast lifts, reductions, and capsule revisions. I believe the best, strongest, and safest material at the moment is the Galaflex or Galaform. Seri doesn't always incorporate and the Alloderm and Stratice tend to stretch in different, unpredictable, degrees.#StayBeautiful #RealDrWorldWide

Answer: Internal bra options An internal bra is the addition of supporting material for either the breast tissue during a lift or to help hold an implant in place. I have used all of the materials available. For implant support and coverage, the longest successful clinical experience is with Strattice, though Galaflex is increasingly used. For breast lift alone, I would use Galaflex.

Answer: Internal bra which is the strongest and lasts the longest? Thank you for the good question. Semantics can be confusing; for example, the "internal bra" terminology has been used differently by different surgeons. In our practice, the "internal bra" refers to maneuvers utilized ( generally during revisionary breast augmentation surgery) to better support the breast implants in appropriate position. These maneuvers may include adjustment of the breast capsules (capsulorraphy) and/or the use of acellular matrix or biosynthetic mesh. The "internal bra" can be especially helpful when patients are experiencing breast implant displacement problems (such as bottoming out or lateral displacement). The most important decision patients make when proceeding with this type or revision breast surgery is selection of plastic surgeon (in my opinion far more important than the specific material etc utilized). Make sure that the plastic surgeon who does this procedure for you can demonstrate significant experience with revisionary breast surgery. Success rates associated with this type of revisionary surgery are very high, assuming significant surgeon experience, a well executed procedure, and careful attention to postoperative activity limitations. For your own peace of mind, clarify with your plastic surgeon exactly what is planned and what his/her success rate is with this type of revisionary breast surgery. Best wishes for a successful outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: Internal bra which is the strongest and lasts the longest? We would rarely recommend use of a foreign material in this circumstance as a first attempt as a well done capsulorrhaphy works well over 90% of the time unless the implants are excessively large. That does not appear to be the case in your photos.
