I got a BA a little over a year ago. I'm no happy with my results. I'm not happy because the left side is lower and has some indentations or lines underneath my breast. The right one is fine, no lines or indentations. After BA I became a full C cup and really desire a full DD cup size. Before BA I was a small B cup. I got 400cc saline and desire a 600cc to 650cc.
Answer: I want bigger Boobs! I recently got 400cc and now I want 600cc or 650cc. Is 600cc to 650cc too big for me? I feel that at this point it's safe to assume that you can have 650cc easily inserted and not look "fake". The pocket has had time to expand to allow the bigger implants to be placed. Good luck

Answer: Going bigger Thank you for the pictures as it helps us answer your question.Going bigger is not always a good option, as at times the soft tissues may not be able to support the larger implant.I would recommend returning to your original plastic surgeon and expressing your concerns and wishes.Based on your measurements, an appropriate implant will be recommended. You can always go bigger but have to consider the risks and benefits.Discuss these with your plastic surgeon.Good luck.

Answer: I want bigger Boobs! I recently got 400cc and now I want 600cc or 650cc. Is 600cc to 650cc too big for me? Thank you for the question and pictures. Based on your photographs, you are starting at a great place and should have a very nice outcome with revisionary breast augmentation surgery. Given your concerns, “adjustment” of the breast implant capsules/pockets will likely play a role during the revisionary breast surgery. In regards to specific size/profile of breast implant, despite good intentions, online consultants will not be able to provide you with meaningful specific advice. Ultimately, in person consultation with well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons will be necessary. Careful measurements, dimensional planning, and careful communication will be key. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Again, have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining which operation and/or breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or full DD cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. The use of computer imaging may be very helpful during this communication phase. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery. The use of temporary intraoperative sizers with the patient in the upright position are very helpful. I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to revisionary breast surgery concerns) helps.

Answer: Yes you can! You can have a bigger bust with larger implants but you should also discuss all of your other concerns with your surgeon before just having larger implants. With an exam and review of your history, a game plan can be devised that should address your concerns. And did you choose your implant size or was that chosen by your surgeon? Make sure you have an active role in deciding what kind of increase in volume you desire and how it may appear on you before jumping in. And realize that larger implants do have more long term risks but in my opinion, you are living for today so go for what would make you happy.

Answer: Bigger Breast Implants or Revision Breast Agmentation Thanks for submitting your photos. That is a big help on answering your question. It does appear that you could go with a bigger implant. Developing a new pocket or a neo-pocket procedure would likely be your simplest option to correct the breast shape problem you have. You would need to be evaluated in order to determine what procedure and what size and type of implant would suit you best in order to achieve your goals. I hope that helps. Best regards.
